Happy Birthday, Dad!

My dad has turned 90 this month …

On the occasion of a major milestone birthday, I am so thankful for his presence.

This was the guy who sat me down in front of a computer in 1975 (can that really be fifty years ago?) and thus set me up for a lifelong interest in technology that has been the foundation of my career.

This was the guy – well, and my mom, too! – who took me all over the country as a youth. These are still warm memories and planted the seeds of my love of a good road trip and beyond.

This was the guy who captured many memories of my youth and thus set up my love of photography and memory-keeping.
